PICCC's youth programs are designed to provide continuous and comprehensive programming and to coordinate school-based, work-based and connecting activities to support a successful transition for youth.

Blueprint For Success

Blueprint for Success is a high-impact career exploration opportunity for youth ages 13-17. PICCC has offered this popular program every summer for the last ten years, providing crucial information to young people when they need it most.

Summer Youth Programs

PICCC operates summer youth work experience programs in Blair and Bedford Counties through the WIA/Pennsyslvania CareerLink system.
