About UsPICCC, Inc. is a private, non-profit organization dedicated to meeting the employment and training needs of businesses and individuals along the I-99 Corridor in Central Pennsylvania. PICCC, Inc. works in partnership with Bedford, Blair and Centre County businesses, schools, government, and other organizations to provide services needed to meet the employment needs of our community. PICCC/KOG Associates partners to provide workforce development services in Blair and Bedford Counties, funded through the Southern Alleghenies Workforce Investment Board (WIB). PICCC Mission StatementOur mission is to consistently provide customer-oriented, cost-effective, high quality workforce development services to meet the needs of employers and individuals. Specifically, we prepare youth and adults to enter or re-enter the labor force through job-training and other employment-oriented services. This results in increased employment and earnings, increased educational and occupational skills, and a decreased need for government services, which will, in turn, improve the quality of the workforce and enhance the productivity and competitiveness of the region, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and the nation. Office Locations and Hours of OperationThe PICCC, Inc. office is open Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm and is located at: 2595 Clyde Avenue, Suite 1 Additional PICCC Staff are located in Blair and Bedford Counties for your convenience. Membership InformationPICCC, Inc. would like to extend an invitation to your organization to join us in our continuing efforts to build a quality workforce. Since its incorporation in 1982 as a non-profit entity, the PICCC, Inc. has worked within the business community, providing training and placement services to local individuals. Our efforts with the residents of Bedford, Blair and Centre Counties have provided these participants with quality training, career development assistance, job placement services, and in cases deemed appropriate and necessary, educational financial resources.
